Personal Training

One on One training is based around the clients needs and goals.  After an initial assessment and consultation I will work together with the client to set up a workout program that fits into their busy lifestyle.  During the session all exercises are demonstrated and fully explained to ensure proper form and exaction of exercises.  During the session feedback is given to clients to ensure all exercises are done properly and can be executed on their own.

Clients also get daily emails focusing on fitness, health and nutrition tips to enhance their new healthy lifestyle.  Clients are also encouraged to reach out daily or as needed to help keep up with their program and motivation.

One on One Pilates

Pilates was designed to stretch, strengthen and tone the body.  Pilates uses a system of exercise combined with a specific breathing pattern to not only improve physical fitness but to be used in sports conditioning and rehab as well.  Pilates has numerous benefits such as building long lean muscles without building bulk like traditional weight training exercises.  It improves postural distortions in the human body by balancing muscle weakness and strength. One one One Pilates can either be done on a mat with little or no equipment. It can be done in the comfort of your own home or on a machine called the reformer.

One on One Yoga

Yoga is a physical disciple that guides us to promote the relationship of mind, body and spirit.  Yoga is practiced by moving through a series of asanas or poses to bring the body into alignment and balance.  Yoga not only helps to build strength and flexibility, but is also a great workout for the mind, body and spirit.

One on One Yoga can be done in the comfort of your own home with little or no equipment.

One on One Pre Natal Yoga/Pilates
