Barley Veggie Stew
· Chop up your favorite veggies; eggplant, carrots, zucchini, broccoli, onions, etc. ((1 cup each) · Bring veggies, 4 cups of chicken stock, 1 can of stewed or chopped tomatoes, 1 can of beans to a simmer · Add in 1 cup Barley · Season with your choice of spices Cook until Barley is fully cooked. Enjoy!
Spinach and Strawberry Salad
Dressing
• ½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
• ¼ cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
• 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Salad
• 3½ cups baby spinach leaves
• 4 large strawberries, quartered
2 tbsp Orange Dressing
Toasted walnuts (optional)
Grilled chicken (optional)
Mix the salad ingredients together in a small bowl. In a separate bowl mix together salad dressing ingredients and then drizzle on top of the salad. Toss and Serve.

Turkey Chili
Ingredients
1/2 onion
1 clove of garlic
99% lean ground turkey (1 package)
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of beans
Spices; salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder
Sauté onions and garlic in a deep frying pan w/ cooking spray
Add in 99% lean turkey chili until almost fully cooked
Add in a can of diced tomatoes and can of beans
Season with your choice of herbs; salt, pepper, chili powder, etc.
Simmer until turkey is fully cooked
