What if I have thyroid problems, will this program benefit me too? 

When your adrenals are over stressed causing adrenal fatigue your thyroid can also be affected. Hormones work with each other and when one hormone is not working to its optimal level then it can affect other hormones especially the thyroid. This program will help to heal the adrenals but will also be beneficial for someone trying to heal and correct their thyroid conditions. 

Will I be completely healed in 8 weeks?

The damage to your adrenals did not happen over night or even in just 8 weeks so you won’t be completely healed in a short amount of time either. However, this program will help you to feel better and learn the steps to complete recovery. Every person will take a different amount of time to get the results they need and want. This process will take some time and it will take some patience to get to the place where you feel 100% again. How do I know if I have adrenal problems? 

Symptoms of adrenal fatigue include: Can’t get out of bed in the morning, brain fog, daily fatigue, can’t fall asleep at night or don’t sleep through the night, can’t handle physical or emotional stress, cravings for salty foods, weakened immune system, dark circles under your eyes, low sex drive, weight gain or weight loss resistance, and depression. You can also get tested by doing a cortisol test done through blood or saliva. Do I really need a buy a program to help me? 

Sure you can buy a book or research online what you need to do to help recover but this program has it laid out for you in a step by step process to get the best results. There is also an online coaching and community component to the program that I believe is the most beneficial. During this program you will have access to me to answer your questions and give you motivation along the way. 

Will this program help me if I suffer from PCOS? 

PCOS is s a problem in which a woman’s hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. In addition to some medications, diet and lifestyle changes can help to heal the body from PCOS. The protocols in this program are helpful to someone with PCOS because they help to balance hormones and stabilize blood sugar which can help treat PCOS.

How do you know so much about adrenal fatigue? 

I have been a fitness instructor for almost 2 decades and used to do hours and hours of cardio a day. About 10 years ago I was diagnosed with mercury toxicity, a sluggish thyroid and adrenal exhaustion.  It took me years to find someone that could help me diagnose what was wrong with me and help me start to heal. Throughout the years I have learned what has worked to heal my adrenals and thyroid and what hasn’t. I have had times (lots of times) where I could not get out of bed in the morning and have felt all the symptoms I have listed above. I studied many years on how to help heal and feel better and I got my Masters of Nutrition so that I can help others. I know how you feel and I am here to help you heal and feel better. 


More than 10 years ago, I began suffering from brain fog, a sluggish thyroid and exhaustion among other health concerns. I went from doctor to doctor trying to figure out what was wrong.
