I’ve been going to the gym now for the better part of 3 years and was able to lose about 35 pounds on my own. It took me the first 1.5 years and then I’ve been able to maintain for the remainder of the time (with a knee surgery toward the end that took me out of commission for 4 months). When I finally made it back to the gym post-surgery, I just couldn’t seem to lose the weight that I had put back on from surgery, and Sabrina had been telling me for months, maybe even a good year, that it was about my diet.
