I’m a pretty completive person and I love things that help me to step out of my comfort zone. I’m a firm believer that challenging yourself is a good way to help you grow and learn things about yourself. But that doesn’t mean that I think that challenges are easy, challenges are hard and I guess that is why they are called a challenge.
I wanted to tell you about my latest challenge. A few of my biz besties talked me into joining a 30 day blogging challenge. I wasn’t sure if I really wanted to commit to this challenge, because I have a millions excuses, like “I don’t have enough time, I have other projects to work on, what if I miss a day, thats a lot of writing.”
But I have committed to blogging some sort of blog for the next 30 days! But I need your help!

Why should you challenge yourself?
1. Why you complete something that challenges you, your confidence level improves and your ability to do it again increases. Challenges help grow your skills and knowledge and your belief that you can.
2. It helps you figure out new ways of accomplishing something. Take for example my blogging challenge, I was thinking how will I fit this in to my life? So I decided to put a daily date in my calendar that at a certain time of the day I would stop what I was doing and sit down and write.
3. Challenges let you experience things that maybe uncomfortable for you to do and help you cultivate new skills and habits. ‘
