Spring Clean Your Life

I love Spring! 


After a long, cold winter, spring always shows up to help you renew your energy and shed what you have been holding onto all winter that you no longer need. 



The season of spring is a time of transformation and new life, a time to take a step back and spring clean the things out of your life that no longer serve you. 




Home. 


We all tend to keep more things in our home then we really need, that nicknack your Aunt Martha gave you for your communion. It is time to get rid of the things in your home that don’t bring you joy and clutter up your space.


Clear things from your closet you no longer wear or no longer fit you. 


Get rid of those old books that you have read and aren’t going to read again. 


Clean out the cabinets in your kitchen and get rid of the things that have expired or aren’t in alignment with good health. 






Business


Are you doing the job you want to be doing? Are you happy with your job? 


Take some time to spring clean around your business and what you want to want to accomplish in your professional life. 


Are you attracting the business opportunities you wan? If you aren’t then what changes do you need to make so that you can love your job and truly be living your passion. 




Relationships 


It’s time to give new life to your relationships or to get rid of the relationships that no longer serve you. 


We all grow and change and sometimes we grow in relationships. 


Is there anyone in your life that you spend time with that bring down your energy, or doesn’t support you? 


This is a good time to take inventory of the relationships in your life to see if they are in alignment with your life. 


Unfollow anyone on Social Media that are negative or that you don’t feel the need to see what they are up to.







Health 



Spring is the time of new beginning and shedding what no longer serves you. 


It is a time to focus on yourself and your health. 


What can you start doing to improve your health and focusing on you? 


If you don’t already, start an exercise routine, go for walks daily, improve your eating habits, practice self-care. 


Start moving more whatever is and start focusing on things that make you feel good. 




Spring is a great time to focus on shedding what no longer serves you in your life and transforming to the living your best life. 


Take this time at the beginning of the season to take inventory of your life and removing what you need so that you can spring into the best version of yourself.
